Yarraville Quarters comprises five individually designed dwellings on a corner site in Yarraville's inner west. The project began with the question of how multi-residential development can resist the sameness that defines most of the typology.
Each dwelling has a distinct interior palette and plan arrangement. The exterior reads as a single considered building — grey textured brick, a timber-clad upper addition, and red accent elements at the entry. The street edge is planted generously.
